Tuned on rolling road Jul-24 at Northampton Motorsport and Airey Tuning
98 RON Super Unleaded fuel with Millers Oils VSPe Power Plus MultiShot (Ethanol / Lead / Octane) Fuel Treatment additive
134bhp power output at the flywheel measured on rolling road Jul-24
In June 2024, the car was transported in a covered transporter from Hampshire to Northampton (rain was likely)
A full day on the rolling road and a full strip down of the carbs and re-tune was accomplished
The rolling road is the only real way to set up Weber carbs and the power bands of the engine are monitored as the carbs are adjusted
The car is really put through its paces on the rolling road, taking the revs up to the red line (and hence off the end of the speedo!) on occasion - see video and pics below
A drive home in the dry was possible.
Shortly afterwards in July 2024, the car was driven to and from Airey Tuning in Hampshire for a further tweak on tuning
As per the Northampton Motorsport Experience, it was tuned on the rolling road and output power measured
Airey Tuning reported 134bhp at 5,800rpm with 98 RON Super Unleaded fuel with Millers Oils VSPe Power Plus MultiShot (Ethanol / Lead / Octane) Fuel Treatment additive
